How they work
Dolfer, by Agentizer, LLC, sits in the system tray and runs your rules whenever files change in the folders it watches, and on a schedule, for example moving files older than 30 days to an archive folder.
Lisorto reads each file on your Mac, scans and screenshots included, proposes a Space and a clear name, and moves it once you approve. AutoPilot keeps doing it for new files, with no rules to maintain.
Pick Dolfer if…
- you want to write precise rules and run scripts;
- you also work on Windows or Linux;
- the lowest one-time price matters most.
Pick Lisorto if…
- your files are named document(5).pdf or scan0001.pdf, so only their contents say what they are;
- you want sorting to work today, without writing rules;
- you want to find files later by any word inside them.
Switching from Dolfer, or using both
- Give each app its own folders, so two tools never move the same files at once.
- Lisorto’s Spaces are ordinary folders, so Dolfer rules can work on them too.
What Lisorto never does
- It never deletes a file. Duplicates are set aside, not removed; Free up space moves things to the Trash only when you pick them.
- It never overwrites a file. If a name is taken, that file stays where it is.
- It doesn’t upload your files. Cloud AI is optional, off by default, and sends only a short excerpt of an unclear document.
