Questions
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged, because we never ask for a card. AutoPilot pauses, your own rules stay saved but stop applying, and you stay on Lisorto Free: 100 files a month by hand, search of what Lisorto filed, History and Undo. Nothing is moved back or deleted. If you get Pro later, everything comes back.
What is Lisorto Business?
Lisorto Pro plus Money: Lisorto reads the invoices, bills, receipts, and statements in your Spaces, on your Mac, and shows what's unpaid, what you spent, which subscriptions went up, and what's due, with a tax pack for your accountant. It's $9 a month or $79 a year. Already on Pro? Switch from your account or in the app; Creem credits back the unused part of your current plan. Lifetime owners can add it at its full price. How does the lifetime price work?
It is $29 for the first 20 licenses, then $39 for the next 20, and then $49, where it stays. The price on the button is the one you pay, and it says how many are left at it.
How many Macs can I use Pro on?
One at a time per account. Signing in on another Mac moves Pro there, and the first Mac goes back to Lisorto Free; nothing on it is moved or deleted. To use Pro on more Macs at the same time, add a Mac from your account or in the app, at half your plan's price: $2.50 a month with the monthly plan, $14.50 a year with the yearly plan, or once with Lifetime ($14.50, $19.50, or $24.50, by the price you paid). With Business it's $4.50 a month or $39.50 a year.
I installed Lisorto before October 17, 2026. Does Free change for me?
No. Your Lisorto Free keeps tidying up as many files as before, along with Free up space and the folders you already search.
Do I need an account?
No. Free, the 7-day trial, and buying Pro all work without signing up first. When you buy, we create an account for the email you pay with and send you a link to set its password.
How do I buy Pro?
In the app, choose Lisorto → Lisorto Pro, or use the buttons above. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles tax and VAT and sends your invoices.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing from the app or your account page and cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What about refunds?
Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of your first payment, or of a lifetime purchase, ask support and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Creem processes the refund.
What does Cloud AI send?
Only after you turn it on and consent: a short excerpt of a document your rules can't place (up to 6,000 characters), its file type, and the file name only if you allow it. Lisorto's server asks TypeSafe, our AI provider, for a category. With AutoPilot on, Lisorto moves the file when the answer is confident, and you can undo it; in Tidy up the answer is a suggestion you approve. It never sends paths, other file names, whole files, or your inventory. See our privacy page for exactly what is sent and what stays on your Mac.
Is Undo ever behind payment?
No. History and Undo stay free, including for moves made while you had Pro.
