These terms are an agreement between you and Belord LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ('Lisorto', 'we').
Available service
Lisorto organizes supported local files on your Mac. Lisorto Free is free and does not require an account. Buying Lisorto Pro needs no sign-up first: we create an account for the email you pay with and send it a link to set a password. Cloud AI needs an account. Features marked coming soon, such as Gmail and Chrome tabs, are not yet available and may change before release.
License
Belord LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Lisorto on Macs you own or control. Lisorto Free has no limit on the number of Macs. Lisorto Pro and Lisorto Business work on one Mac at a time for each account, plus any extra Macs you buy, as described under Macs below.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Lisorto, or remove its notices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where the law allows that despite this term.
Lisorto is provided "as is". What it does and doesn't promise is set out under Your responsibility and Supported boundary below.
Lisorto includes third-party and open-source components, such as the Sparkle update framework (MIT License). They stay under their own licenses.
This license ends if you breach these terms; you then stop using Lisorto and remove it (how to uninstall Lisorto). Belord LLC keeps all rights not expressly granted here.
Your responsibility
Review every proposed destination before approving a move, and review AutoPilot settings before turning them on. Keep your own backups: Undo restores a move when the original and destination evidence still match, but it is not a backup and Lisorto does not store a copy of your files.
Supported boundary
The Mac release targets ordinary local files on macOS 14 or later, on Apple Silicon or Intel. It does not promise support for network volumes, known cloud-provider roots, unsupported formats, OCR, browser tabs, or Gmail.
Lisorto Pro subscription
Lisorto Pro adds AutoPilot, AI sorting (on your Mac, or Cloud AI for up to 5,000 documents a month, with an account), and your own rules to Lisorto Free. With AutoPilot on, Lisorto may move files on its own when a rule matches or the AI is confident; review your AutoPilot settings before turning it on. It costs $4.99 USD per month or $29 USD per year, as shown on the pricing page. A subscription keeps the price it started at for as long as it renews.
Lisorto Pro Lifetime
Lisorto Pro Lifetime is a single payment at the price shown at checkout: $29 USD for the first 20 licenses sold, then $39 USD for the next 20, then $49 USD. It turns on the Pro features that run on your Mac (AutoPilot, AI on your Mac, clear names, more folders, and your own rules) for as long as Lisorto is offered, including later updates of these features, with no renewal. It does not include Cloud AI. Lifetime owners can add Cloud AI for $2.99 USD per month (up to 5,000 documents a month), a subscription that renews and can be cancelled like the others. A full refund or a payment dispute ends lifetime access and stops the Cloud AI add-on.
Macs
Lisorto Pro works on one Mac at a time for each account. Signing in to the same account on another Mac signs the first one out, and it goes back to Lisorto Free; nothing on it is moved or deleted. An extra Mac lets one more Mac stay signed in at the same time, at half the price of the account's plan. With a monthly or yearly plan it is a subscription of $2.50 USD per month or $14.50 USD per year that renews with the plan; when the plan is cancelled or ends, the extra Mac stops renewing and counts until the end of the period already paid. With Lifetime it is a single payment of half the lifetime price paid ($14.50, $19.50, or $24.50 USD), for as long as the account has Lifetime. Extra Macs bought earlier keep their terms. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers it too; a full refund or a payment dispute removes it and signs out the Mac beyond the limit. Accounts are personal: please don't share your sign-in.
Free trial
Your 7-day Lisorto Pro trial starts automatically the first time you open the app. It needs no card and no account, and nothing is charged when it ends. The trial runs once.
Renewal and billing
A subscription renews automatically each month or each year, depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and reseller. Creem charges you, handles tax and VAT, and issues invoices under its own terms. Lisorto receives your subscription status, not your card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app or on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and Pro stays available until then.
Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of your first payment, or of your lifetime purchase, ask Support for a refund and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Creem processes the refund.
When the trial or a subscription ends
AutoPilot pauses. Your own rules stay saved but stop applying. Cloud AI and other Pro features turn off. Nothing is moved back or deleted, Undo and history keep working, and you stay on Lisorto Free. Subscribing again turns Pro features back on.
Price changes
If we change the price of Lisorto Pro, we will tell you in advance, and a new price will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
Invite friends
With a Lisorto account you get a personal invite link. A friend who opens it and then buys Lisorto Pro gets 20% off their first payment. For each friend whose payment goes through you get one month of Lisorto Pro, at most 12 a year. If you already pay for Pro, the month starts when your paid time ends; if you own Lisorto Pro for life, it is a month of Cloud AI. Your own purchases don't count, and a payment that is refunded or disputed doesn't earn a month. We may change or end invites, without taking back months already given.
